At the moment, foreign students can come to Finland to study. Finnish citizens are always entitled to return to Finland.

Wearing a mask is recommended in all parts of the country. If you pass by Hoas office to pick up your keys, please wear a mask.

You are allowed to stay at your Hoas apartment during your quarantine. Talk with your roommates to organize daily living in the appartment during the quarantine.

Remember to wash your hands thoroughly and often, cough or sneeze to a tissue or your sleeve, keep safe distance to others and get yourself tested if you think you might have the virus.
